How do I know if my dog have dog flea allergies?

If your pet is itchy, chews a particular spot, or has redness, and loss of hair, you have a better than even bet there are suffering from dog flea allergies. You’ll just have to look at the soft skin on the stomach and you will see little black things scurrying in all directions. What is a hot spot?
